  • Tradeline not reflecting the modification of the terms of a confirmed plan.
  • Mortgage loans or other tradelines reported with a zero balance.
  • Chapter 13 remaining on the public records section longer than 7 years.
  • Non-filing BK spouse also reported as included in bankruptcy.
