When I received a permanent change of station to Nellis Air Force Base back in 1989 I felt a need to start another career part-time.  I was influence to become a entrepreneur which got me very excited...NO BOSS!  I started as a Realtor then I moved into the Financial Services industry, after being in the financial services industry for awhile I caught the real estate investment bug...WOW what a journey!!!  But guess what happened...the HOUSING BUST, I lost everything, filed for bankruptcy and destroyed my credit.
